If you’re invited to speak, take part in a meeting, asked to be part of a board, speak on a podcast etc., and you say you’re an ally and support diversity. Then asking about representation should be a norm.

If you discover unfair representation, no one is asking you to step away from the opportunity. But an ally would share names/recommendations of others who would be a good addition. Some may even decline the offer until there’s fair representation.

We can only truly soar when we help others to do the same.

The ALLME underrepresented speaker list has around 150 names – at the bare minimum, send them this list.
